Anwarite is a university student from Njombe who lives with her mother and grandmother. She was the first participant in TEP and remains an inspiration to the students around her. She loves history books and travel, and one day hopes to become a Swahili lecturer, and to come back and give other children the same opportunities she has had.
Ancelmos is 11 years old and lives with his mother and stepfather. He is completing his primary education in 2026 and excels in Swahili and English. He loves sports and has his sights set on becoming a lawyer.
Alphonce is 11 years old and lives with his grandmother. He enjoys playing outside and helping around the house, and his favorite subjects are English and Social Studies. After school he hopes to serve in the military.
Catherine is a dedicated student who loves Kiswahili, Science, and Social Studies. Outside of school she enjoys cooking and playing with her younger siblings. After graduating she wants to become a secondary school teacher.
Fadhili is 9 years old and lives with his mother. He is a self-motivated student with a passion for Science and Mathematics, and one day hopes to become a surgeon.
